Frequently Asked Questions

Using the information your provide about your regular exercise patterns, we calculate your basic metabolic rate using the [government recommended] Mifflin-St Jeor, equation, which tells us the amount of calories you need each day. The amount of protein your body requires is calculated based on these results, combined with your BMI (body mass index). We then tailor the protein blend to own personal requirements and goals.
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits all protein formula. We understand that everyone is different, that’s why we produce a blend that’s specially designed for you alone.
Our protein is sourced from grass fed cows and manufactured in Western Europe, it is then blended at our own state-of-the-art facility right here in the UK.
See the ‘how protein is made’ page on our website.
Our whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate are made from vegetarian sweet cheese. A tiny amount of soy lecithin (<0.4g per serving) is added to the whey to ensure that your shake mix perfectly. Otherwise all that is added is our natural flavourings and colourings, plus a small amount of sucralose to add sweetness.
Everyone, regardless of age or gender. Our protein is designed for anyone with an active lifestyle who wants to keep healthy and stay looking their best.
If you don’t exercise you can still take protein to support muscle maintenance, bone health and general health. Just be aware that the amount of protein you need will be significantly reduced. You will always get the best results from taking protein if you combine it with exercise.
